4. Refunds and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

  • Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, intimate/sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health/personal care items.

  • Partial refunds: Granted in cases where items are damaged, incomplete, or returned beyond 30 days.

  • Refund process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within a certain number of days.

  • Sale items: Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale/discounted items are non-refundable.
